Who runs this site
Love Productivity (loveproductivity.com) is run by OMG Inc Limited (company number 13251483), a company registered in England and Wales and run by Oz Gani. For anything about your data, email oz@ukdigitalconsultant.com. In this policy, “I”, “me” and “Love Productivity” mean the person responsible for the site.
What I collect and why
- Email signups. If you join the mailing list or request a free resource, I collect your email address and, if you give it, your first name. I use them to send what you asked for and occasional practical emails. The lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time using the unsubscribe link in every email.
- Messages. If you contact me, I use the details you send to reply. The lawful basis is my legitimate interest in answering you.
- Analytics. With your permission, Google Analytics records how the site is used, such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type and how you arrived. It does not tell me who you are. The lawful basis is your consent, given through the cookie banner.
- Server logs. My hosting provider keeps standard technical logs, including IP addresses, to keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
Essential cookies keep the site working and remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies from Google are only set if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time using the cookie settings link in the footer. Logged in site administrators also receive WordPress login cookies.
Who processes your data
- Hostinger, which hosts the website
- MailerLite, which stores the mailing list and sends emails
- Stripe, which processes card payments for paid sessions. I do not see or store your full card details
- Google, which provides Google Analytics and Search Console through Site Kit
Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, they use recognised safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or adequacy regulations. I do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
Links and embedded content
Articles link to other sites, including Instagram. Those sites have their own privacy policies and may collect data when you visit them.
How long I keep it
Mailing list details are kept while you are subscribed and removed or anonymised after you unsubscribe. Messages are kept for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry. Analytics data is kept for 14 months.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of your data, ask me to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how it is used, and withdraw consent. Email oz@ukdigitalconsultant.com and I will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will appear here with a new date.
